Jurgen Klopp hopeful Mohamed Salah will be fit to face Manchester City
Jurgen Klopp is hopeful Mohamed Salah will be available for selection for Liverpools Champions League showdown with Manchester City on Tuesday.
Liverpools talisman limped off in the second half against City in the first leg and then missed the weekends Merseyside derby against Everton due to injury.
City must overturn a 3-0 deficit in front of their home fans to progress to the semi-finals and Liverpool will be desperate to start their top goalscorer at the Eithad.

Salah was instrumental in Liverpool smashing three goals past City in the first leg at Anfield and Klopp will be eager to have his talisman on Tuesday night.

We didnt even think about him, why should we? Klopp said after the 0-0 draw with Everton.
It is not as though five minutes before the game we make a 95 per cent decision and say try again.
I dont get a ticker every five minutes [on] how he feels. At the end we will see.
Klopp revealed before the game the medical team had informed him a groin issue meant Salah was not fit to face Everton.
That is something to ask the medical team, Klopp said before the game.
