Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Roberto Firmino has been suffering from a neck injury ahead of Liverpools clash with Bournemouth on Saturday.

The Brazilian was substituted in the final stages of Liverpools 2-1 victory over Manchester City on Tuesday evening after scoring the winning goal which sealed the clubs place in the Champions League semi-final.

Firmino has been a key part of Liverpools attack this season with 23 goals in all competitions so far.

But despite suffering from a neck injury this week, Klopp believes the 26-year-old will be fit to face Bournemouth at Anfield.

Bobby had a little [issue] with his neck but should be OK, I think, Klopp told Liverpools official website.

Klopp also revealed that Ragnar Klavan and Nathaniel Clyne are major doubts to be fit for the match against Bournemouth.

Its quite difficult at the moment, we must wait pretty much [every] five minutes for some news, said the Liverpool manager..

At the moment it looks OK.

Unfortunately, I think, not 100 per cent sure, that Raggy felt a little bit [something] muscle-wise.

And Clyney [is], probably, out. [He felt an injury] in training the day after the game.
