Mohamed Salah joins TWO exclusive clubs with his latest goal for Liverpool


Mohamed Salah was on the scoresheet yet again today, netting in Liverpools 3-0 win over Bournemouth.
It was comfortable day for the Reds at Anfield with Sadio Mane opening the scoring early on before Salah doubled the advantage midway through the second half. Roberto Firmino made sure of the points late on.
The goal for Salah continued his incredible debut season at Liverpool in which he has now scored a stunning 30 Premier League goals and 40 in all competitions. Reaching those figures saw him join a couple of exclusive clubs.

He is one of just eight players to break the 30 goal barrier in the Premier League.

Andy Cole, Alan Shearer (3), Kevin Phillips, Thierry Henry, Cristiano Ronaldo, Robin van Persie and Luis Suarez are the others to have achieved it.

Salah also becomes just the third Liverpool player to score 40 goals in all competitions in a single season. Roger Hunt and Ian Rush (twice) are the only others to have managed it.

With four Premier League games to come and a Champions League semi-final against his former team Roma, Salah will be hopeful of making the season even more special.
