Tyson Fury has revealed hard work and hard training is behind his epic weight loss ahead of the heavyweights return to the ring.

The former unified world champion is set to return to action on June 9 in Manchester after a two-year absence from the sport.

Fury piled on the pounds during his inactive period, but has shed over seven stone since re-committing himself to boxing last year.

Fury is back to regain the titles he was forced to relinquish over a year ago and has his sights set on a massive showdown with Anthony Joshua.

AJ holds three of the belts Fury once owned, and a meeting between the British rivals could be the biggest event in UK boxing history.

And Fury believes he would have too much craft for Joshua to handle.

Im happy to be back involved in the sport; its almost like Ive got a second career, Fury said.

I have the ability [to beat Joshua], I just have too much movement and natural boxing skill to lose to someone like him.

Im proud of what hes done and hes an inspiration to young people coming through. But everyone knows who the real champion is.
