Mohamed Salahs agent responds to Barcelona transfer speculation
Mohamed Salahs agent has denied the prolific Liverpool forward has been offered to Barcelona as a potential summer signing.
The 25-year-olds value has rocketed following a prolific first season at Anfield during which he scored 44 goals in all competitions, playing a key role in Liverpools record-breaking run to the Champions League final.
Reports on Wednesday from Spanish outlet AS claimed the former Roma wingers representatives had held several talks with key Barcelona figures and offered the Spanish champions the chance to sign Salah this summer.
The report also claims that Barcelona have been made aware that Salah is interested in a move to Camp Nou, while the club are currently working out the potential cost of the transfer.
Ramy Abbas Issa, Salahs agent, took to Twitter, however, to shoot down the suggestion he had played any part in attempting to broker a lucrative transfer.
