Tony Bellew believes he can knock Tyson Fury out after watching the heavyweight make his comeback in Manchester.

Fury ended a 30-month exile from boxing with a win over Sefer Seferi at the Manchester Arena, as he forced his Albanian opponent to quit in the fourth round.

Seferis corner pulled him out in between rounds, to hand Fury his 26th professional win and put him on track towards the world titles he once owned.

Bellew has been calling for a fight with Fury for several months, and wrote in his Metro.co.uk column that he would be coming for his British rival if he continued to take on clowns like Seferi.

The Liverpudlian was not in attendance for Furys return in Manchester, but was clearly not overly impressed with the performance he saw on TV.

He said: I will knock the big man Tyson Fury out. Simple as that.

Fury addressed Bellews call-out in the post-fight press conference after Frank Warren refused to dismiss the challenge out of hand.

Warren said it was down to Tony Bellew to chase a clash with Fury, at which point his fighter interrupted.

I want someone big, Fury said.

Small ones, I dont like them. Big. Look at [Anthony] Joshua and [Deontay] Wilder, theyre all over 6ft 5in.

Ive got to prepare for people like that. Big, big, big guys. Big, slow, ugly fellas.
