Tyson Furys comeback peaks at 814,000 viewers on BT Sport
Tyson Fury made an impressive return to British TV as 814,000 people watched his comeback on BT Sport.
The heavyweight and former unified world champion beat Sefer Seferi at the Manchester Arena, in a fight that looked to shake off some of the ring rust after over two years out of action.
It was hardly a competitive fight, with Seferi a natural cruiserweight and deciding at the end of round four he had had enough.

But, the return of a former champion attracted the attention of the boxing world and a record number of subscribers tuned in to watch the fight night on BT Sport.

Furys promoter Frank Warren released the figures on Friday and claimed it was the highest watched boxing fight on linear (subscription television) TV in 2018.
He said: Delighted to announce the Tyson Fury return peaked at 814,000 viewers on BT Sport making it by far the highest watched boxing event on a linear subscription TV channel this year.

BT Sport are planning to move Fury onto a pay-per-view platform, but are still developing their box office option.
Fury is set to fight again in August on the undercard of Carl Framptons mega-event at Windsor Park.
No opponent has been confirmed for Fury, but the 29-year-old said he wanted a bigger man in the ring after criticism about the size difference between him and Seferi.
Warren has called for patience in terms of the speed of Furys return to top form, while the fighter believes he can reclaim one of his world titles by the end of the year.
