Lucas Torreira praises two wonderful Arsenal teammates for helping him settle in
Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira has heaped praise on Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette for helping him settle into life at his new club.
The Uruguayan moved to north London from Sampdoria in a £26.5million deal over the summer and has quickly impressed fans with his tenacious and energetic performances in midfield.
Upon arriving at Arsenal he was rather surprised to be given a place in the dressing room in between Ozil and Lacazette, but is grateful for how much they have aided his adaptation.
When I arrived at the club they told me that my closet in the locker room was going to be in between Lacazettes and Ozils, said Torreira
I would have never imagined or dreamed of something like that.

I am privileged to live all this at the age of 22. It was very hard for me to get where I am now. Thats why its so enjoyable.
On his dressing-room neighbours, he continued: Mesut and Laca are wonderful players and people.
They bring in that quality touch that the team needs. They dictate the tempo in every play of the game.
Laca is in great scoring form, which is really important for us and we know that Mesut is a top player.
If you pass him the ball he will hardly ever give it away. He plays with simplicity and hes got a lot of quality, which makes us very calm. As I midfielder I know that if I pass him the ball I can be calm.
