Aymeric Laporte has calmed any fears that he might be injured by letting fans know on social media that everything is fine.

Laporte went down at the end of Manchester Citys 3-1 win over Everton with what looked like a head injury.

However, after a moment lying on the pitch, he soon got back to his feet and walked off the pitch.

Laporte has since taken to Twitter to calm any fears onlookers may have had while also sparing the time to congratulate his team-mates on another win.
