ICC ODI and T20I rankings: Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah dominate but England on top
Indian stars dominate the ICC ODI and T20I rankings at the start of 2019 but England remain the top-ranked team just four months ahead of the Cricket World Cup.
England crashed out of the last World Cup at the group stage but have won 41 of their last 54 one-day internationals since that tournament.
That incredible run has seen Eoin Morgans side climb to the top of the ICC rankings, well clear of second-placed India.
Virat Kohlis side can close the gap on England as they play eight ODIs against Australia and New Zealand over the next six weeks.
But England look set to remain the No. 1 team in the world when the 2019 Cricket World Cup starts at The Oval in May.
Somewhat surprisingly, just one Englishman – Test captain Joe Root – features in the top-five of the ICC rankings for limited-overs cricket.
