Stockport fans attack Fylde players on the pitch and in the dressing room during FA Trophy match

AFC Fyldes FA Trophy victory over Stockport County was marred by fan disturbances and a pitch invasion on Saturday.
A furious Stockport fan invaded the pitch when Alex Reid scored a late winner to send Fylde to the final at Wembley.
The supporter, dressed in blue, appeared to try and attack the celebrating Fylde stars before being shoved back by players and a lone steward.

There also seemed to be a second Stockport supporter, dressed in grey, who angrily confronted the Fylde players before walking back off the pitch.
The Sun report the fan incidents did not end there as another supporter managed to gain access to Fyldes dressing room through an inside corridor.
One of the away sides club directors David Haythornthwaite also faced abuse from Stockport fan and was threatened by one supporter.

The FA are now investigating the incidents at Edgeley Park, which come just a few weeks after a Birmingham fan was jailed of assaulting Jack Grealish.

The 27-year-old was banned from football for ten years after being jailed for 14 days for the attack on Grealish.

Fylde manager condemned the actions of the select Stockport fans after the exhilarating semi-final meeting.
It just shows how big an effect football all over this country has, said Fylde manager Dave Challinor.
You have one idiot who runs on at Birmingham and all of a sudden now everyone thinks its clever to do it.
