Maurizio Sarri compares Gonzalo Higuains struggles at Chelsea to Luis Suarezs slow start at Liverpool
Maurizio Sarri has likened Gonzalo Higuains struggles at Chelsea to the start of Luis Suarezs career at Liverpool but is confident the Argentine will improve.
Higuain cut short his loan spell at AC Milan to link back up with Sarri at Stamford Bridge in January but has scored just three goals so far and just one in his last eight appearances.
Suarez, meanwhile, faced a similar problem after joining Liverpool in January 2011 as he scored only four goals for the remainder of that season.
He has to improve physically and mentally and also that he will be useful for us in the last part of the season, Sarri said when asked about Higuains subdued start.

Its not easy in the first months to play in the Premier League, it was a problem for [Luis] Suarez in the first season at Liverpool, in the second season he scored 24 goals.
Its not easy for a striker to play immediately well.
I think he needs time to improve his condition and be suitable for the Premier League but I think he is able to do it.
