Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri pinpoints major weakness in NGolo Kantes game
Maurizio Sarri has revealed NGolo Kantes adaptability helped ensure he remained a permanent fixture in Chelseas side this season, albeit not in his favourite position.
The France international has cemented his reputation as one of the worlds best defensive midfielders and played a key role in Chelsea and Leicesters recent Premier League title-winning campaigns.
Kante, who also anchored Les Bleus midfield at last summers World Cup, has been forced to change his role, however, since the signing of Jorginho from Napoli.
The 28-year-old has taken time to adapt but has shown he is capable of fitting into Sarris system, unlike his former Leicester teammate Danny Drinkwater, who has failed to make a single appearance this season, and did not travel with the first team squad ahead of Thursdays Europa League quarter final first leg against Slavia Prague.
