Baseer Khan appointed adviser to J&K LG

SRINAGAR: Baseer Ahmad Khan, presently divisional commissioner of Kashmir, was on Sunday appointed as the fourth adviser to GC Murmu, the lieutenant governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
