Court frames charges against Yasin Malik, 6 others

JAMMU: The Tada court in Jammu on Monday framed charges against JKLF leader Yasin Malik and others in the 1990 killing of four Indian Air Force officers, including squadron leader Ravi Khanna, and also directed the CBI to produce evidence.
The court framed charges under the Ranbir Penal Code, the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act (Tada) and the Arms Act.
