She paired the dress with matching beige heels.
The monarch kept her makeup subtle but wore a face mask which drew attention to her dark smokey eyes.
As for jewellery, Letizia wore a pair of red gem drop earrings matching her outfit and a gold maxi ring.
Queen Letizia has worn the same dress a few times but surprisingly, she recycled this dress less than a month ago.
The monarch donned the dress in June during an art exhibition in Madrid.
Today, she had her hair tied into a relaxed bun with a few loose strands.
