Hurt Chelsea stars need to work together to rescue season, says Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard has urged his hurting team-mates to work together to rescue Chelseas season.
The reigning Premier League champions were unable to make up significant ground on fourth-placed Tottenham on Sunday as they were held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham.
Spanish defender César Azpilicueta opened the scoring at Stamford Bridge but Javier Hernandez, on as a second-half substitute, earned the Hammers a point.

Chelsea were booed off by a significant number of fans following the disappointing draw and Antonio Conte is expected to leave at the end of the season.
Hazard, whose form has deserted him in recent weeks, told Chelseas official website: When you see the game we did everything, especially in the first half.

This season isnt going well, we made some mistakes and conceded a goal. Then, in front of goal we didnt score, so thats it, at the end of the game its 1-1 and we are all sad.

We need to work together. There are six games left to play in the league and we will try everything to be in the top four at the end of the season.
Chelsea let a lead slip against Tottenham a week ago and it was a familiar story this weekend as West Ham found a second-half equaliser to boost their survival hopes.
This season a lot of the games have been the same, Hazard added. I remember away at Manchester United, we were in control of the game and in the end we lost.
Last week against Tottenham, we were in control in the first half and then we lost the game, so this season isnt going well. We need to work together.
Sundays draw leaves Chelsea ten points adrift of Spurs in the Premier League, but Hazard insists they can still finish the season on a high.
The Belgium superstar said: I hope, for the Chelsea fans and ourselves, that we can achieve something.

We still have the FA Cup to play for so we need to bring this trophy to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
When you play for Chelsea you want to be in the Champions League every year but last year we didnt play in it and we won the title, so sometimes a bad thing can create a good thing, but we will play [to try to qualify] for the Champions League, for sure.
