Jose Mourinho has reportedly decided to start Romelu Lukaku versus Everton despite calls from Manchester United fans to drop the striker.
Lukaku, 25, who badly struggled against Juventus in the Champions League, has had a dismal start to the 2018/19 campaign and is without a goal in eight matches for the Red Devils.
Mourinho hinted that he may drop the forward following the defeat to Juve at Old Trafford, but the Belgian is set to be named in Uniteds starting XI against former club Everton.

United have only managed five wins in all competitions since the start of the season, but a spirited 2-2 draw with Chelsea in their most recent Premier League fixture should give them encouragement.

Mourinho admitted that he was concerned about Lukakus form after a string of disappointing displays.
Asked about the attackers form after Uniteds defeat to Juventus, Mourinho replied: No criticism at all, a complete understanding the player is a fantastic pro that wants to give everything.
But I have to agree his moment is not sweet, not just with the goals he is not scoring but in his confidence, movement, touch, he is not linking the game well with the team.

But hes our striker and hes a good striker and a striker we believe in.
Could I play Rashford there? But then I dont have a winger because in this moment we are in this difficult situation.
He is a hard-working guy, is a good professional, but one day the goal will arrive and the confidence will be back.
