Manchester United will restart talks with Anthony Martial in the coming weeks, after the attacker rejected several proposals from the club to extend his contract, reports in France claim.
The France international has been in and out of the side this season and has clashed with manager Jose Mourinho on numerous occasions.
As a result, his future at Old Trafford remains uncertain and the 22-year-old has turned down several offers from the clubs hierarchy to extend his stay.
He was so concerned about his future that he pushed for an exit in the summer, but saw any potential move blocked by executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward.
Woodward is determined to keep hold of the former Monaco star and has already submitted several offers to him, all which have been rejected.
But after putting talks on ice, United chiefs are ready to begin discussions with the winger again, according to RMC.
A fresh offer will be sumbmitted to Martial and his representatives in the coming weeks, with United remaining confident of convincing him to put pen to paper on a new five-year deal.
