Tony Bellew: Ill be coming for Tyson Fury if he continues to fight clowns

I am not going to be in Manchester for Tyson Furys comeback. Im away and Ive got something more important on the agenda. Ive a wedding to plan, but Im over the moon to see him back.

Its great for all the heavyweights, including myself. He said he didnt want to come anywhere near me because Im a cruiserweight. But now hes facing a cruiserweight in Sefer Seferi? I dont understand that.

This guy hes facing, he is going to absolutely blast him to smithereens. We wont see any of the real Tyson Fury on Saturday. We will just see him look very good, which hes entitled to after being out for the best part of three years.

His opponent is a clown, but hes entitled to pick him. Dont forget, I criticised David Haye for doing the same thing when he came back. At least he fought a ranked heavyweight, even if it was someone who learned to fight on Youtube.

I would have to class Fury the same as Haye if he picks another clown opponent. We can all get away with it once. Hes been out of the ring for many years, the first one is a gimme. But if he does it on the second one, thats no good.

Thats wrong too, because then youre taking the fans for a ride. Making them believe something thats not real. All hes done is talk about Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder, but in reality hes fighting a cruiserweight who nobody knows.

You cant talk about the big men in the division if youre not even willing to face a real heavyweight. I had to prove myself at heavyweight the hard way. I faced a man who no one wanted to face.

Everyone wrote me off in the first one, second one a couple more believed me but I was still wrote off. I dealt with him swiftly in the rematch the way a champion does.

No ones doubting me anymore. As for Tyson, its great to see him back, but hes got to prove himself. Ill give him this first one, but Ill have a problem if he continues to fight people like Seferi.

Terence Crawford vs Jeff Horn

Terence Crawford spanks Jeff Horn. Its possible Horn can win, I thought Lee Selby was going to deal easily with Josh Warrington. There can be underlining factors and weight does come into it.

But when it comes to Crawford, I would put my house on him putting away Horn. Hes better in every department. The only way I can see Horn getting close is if he robs Crawford, and I literally mean rob him.

I dont even think itll go to points, I think Crawford ends it when he feels like it. Crawford is one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world. I have him in the top three. I only see Vasyl Lomachenko better than him in offence and defence.

I think hes tied with Triple G at No.2. Hes the full package. His destruction of Yuriorkis Gamboa in 2014 was phenomenal. His rise to stardom has been phenomenal too.

He doesnt get the props he deserves just because he is so good. He makes people look so ordinary. There are some big names in the welterweight division.

Crawford is chasing greatness so he has to go through the weight divisions. Compared to where he started, hes getting to some lofty heights now. Im not sure how many more weight divisions he can go through.

Vasyl Lomachenko has hit the top of the hill I think in terms of weight, I dont believe he can go any higher. I think the Mikey Garcia fight might be a step too far for him.

That will only be because of the physical advantages he will have to give over when he fights Garcia. Its a similar story for Crawford.

If he goes any higher than welterweight, I think hell struggle. It wont be done to how good he is, hes better than any guy he could face. But itll come down to a guy who is just too big and too strong.

Thats a real shame, but weve seen it many times over the years in boxing. Floyd Mayweather was very clever the way he moved up the weights and made the matches. He never gave away too much size to any of the guys he faced. He was actually bigger than Ricky Hatton when he got in the ring with Ricky Hatton and he came up three weight divisions below.

He came from featherweight to super featherweight to lightweight then to light welterweight, four divisions and he was still the bigger man than Hatton. He must have drained himself to get down to featherweight.

Oscar De La Hoya did the same, but eventually the weight got the better of him. He came up against a true middleweight in Bernard Hopkins and got dealt with swiftly. Sometimes the size makes the difference.

Its a serious factor if youre a puncher. Ive got no issue with Lomachenko fighting anyone at lightweight or light welterweight as long as theyre not a puncher. When he comes across a puncher who is a lot bigger than him, that will show.
