Eden Hazard hobbled off the pitch and straight down the tunnel in Belgiums Monday night friendly win against Costa Rica.
Hazard didnt require assistance in leaving the pitch, but he did look in discomfort as he exited the pitch in the 70th minute after taking a knock to the thigh.
While England fans will be encouraged at the prospect of Hazards potential absence from the World Cup group game against Belgium on June 28, its another injury worry for Roberto Martinez.

Belgium are already fearful that defender Vincent Kompant may not be fit to play at this summers tournament.
Despite the injury scare surrounding Hazard, Belgium cruised to a relatively comfortable 4-1 victory over Costa Rica.
