Everyone’s loving the Bluebella Pandora bra on Instagram
Lingerie can be really pretty to look at.
It’s sexy, fun, and – most importantly – makes you feel good
But if you like to look at other people rocking frilly, ruffly delicates, in a totally non-creepy way, you’ll love the Pandora bra.
Lingerie brand Blubella is taking over Instagram and is loved by beauty bloggers and celebrities alike.
Even Nicki Minaj and Maggie Gylenhall have apparently worn the sensual stuff in photo shoots.
Carefully embellished material covers the nipples, leaving the breast exposed and supporting them with an underwire.
And while underwear and bras can be expensive, the Pandora bra is £34, which is pretty decent for lingerie.
The luxury brand has shared some snaps of customers who are delighted with the result. They’ve also been giving away some freebies to lucky fans.
Founder Emily Bendell told Metro.co.uk how the brand came to be. ‘I have always loved lingerie! But of course, as a student I could never afford the high-end luxury brands that I coveted. Plus I felt strongly that the lingerie market had not moved in line with women’s attitudes to lingerie.
‘We were no longer seeing lingerie as either a functional or a “sexy” purchase. It was becoming a fashion purchase, a personal self-indulgence, something to sometimes be styled up as outerwear.
‘If it’s too pretty to hide, why hide it? But I couldn’t find what myself and my friends wanted – high designed, directional and contemporary lingerie at an affordable price – so I thought there was a gap in the market and I ought to give it a go!’
Emily also wants lingerie to be empowering for women, something they indulge in for themselves.
‘I think some design details that used to be considered quite provocative are now not seen as such. For example, wide strapping detail which used to be seen as bondage-inspired is now simply seen as sports-luxe. The key thing is feeling fabulous in our product. If you feel amazing, you will exude confidence and that is really the sexiest accessory of all.
‘I would like all women to buy lingerie for themselves first and foremost, focus on yourself and how you feel and don’t worry about anyone else.’
So forget about waiting to be given lingerie for Valentine’s Day or your other half’s birthday, head to ASOS and treat yo’ self.
