Liverpool sensation Mohamed Salah has responded to Romas tweet regarding their upcoming Champions League semi-final clash.

Salah joined the Reds from Roma in the summer and has gone on bag an astounding 39 goals in 44 games in his first season for the Anfield club.

And on Friday, both clubs were drawn against each other in the Champions League and the Serie A side released a Twitter message announcing they will forever be friends no matter what the outcome.

It didnt take long for Salah to see the tweet, and he responded in agreement to Romas message.

Salah enjoyed a successful time at Roma, netting 34 goals in 83 games over two seasons.

However, since joining Liverpool for £38 million hes eclipsed his career in Serie A already. Hes not only enjoyed an outstanding season in terms of goals scored, but hes also created Premier League history by winning the Player of the Month award three times.

Liverpools next game is at home to Bournemouth on April 14, but all eyes remain on their semi-final first-leg date against Roma on April 24.
