Romelu Lukakus questionable first touch has been an area critics have picked on since he joined Manchester United.

But it was thanks to his inability to the control the ball that led to an assist for Manchester Uniteds second goal as they went 2-1 up against Tottenham.

A longball forward at Wembley was brought down by Alexis Sanchez, who cut the ball back to Lukaku.

But the Belgian couldnt bring it under control, instead just diverting the direction of the ball.

Thats a poor touch there from Lukaku, said BBC commentator Danny Murphy.

Thankfully for Lukaku it rolled across the box from where Ander Herrera was able to drill a first-time shot that flew under Tottenham goalkeeper Michel Vorm and into the back of the net.
