Princess Eugenie’s Floral Dress Is So Far From Ordinary, It’s the Center of Attention
Princess Eugenie attended Queen Elizabeth II's 92nd birthday at Royal Albert Hall alongside Meghan Markle, the other bride-to-be in the room. Both ladies opted for chic dresses, but while Meghan's cape design was muted, Eugenie's lightweight sheath had a bright blue floral pattern and lent her such glow.
