Chelsea set to launch £30m bid for Middlesbroughs Adam Traore

Chelsea are the favourites to sign Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore for £30m this summer, according to the Mirror.

The Spanish Under-21 has put in a string of impresive performances since Tony Puliss appointment at the Riverside, attracting attention from elsewhere.

Traore signed for Aston Villa back in 2015 from Barcelona, but he only lasted one season at the club before swithing to Boro in 2016.

The 22-year-old has played 60 times for the club since signing, and has scored five goals for the side in that time.

Pulis side are close to promotion to the Premier League and that is whats needed to entice Traore to stay at the club.

However, if they fail in their attempts, the club will face a very tough battle to fend off interest from Chelsea.
