Arsenal and Liverpool keeping tabs on PSV forward Steven Bergwijn
Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly keeping a close eye on PSV Eindhoven forward Steven Bergwijn, according to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.
Bergwijn first appeared on the radar of Europes top sides after impressing at the under-17 European Championships four years ago but failed to deliver on the instant expectations that met his performances in that tournament.

Since the turn of the year, however, the 20-year-old attacker has become a prominent figure in PSVs attack, netting eight goals from wide positions as his side went on to win the Eredivisie title.
Tottenham have previously been linked with the player, but the latest report out of the Netherlands suggest Unai Emery and Jurgen Klopp have moved to the front of the queue as far as Premier League interest is concerned.
Liverpool have reportedly sent scouts to watch the talented youngster in PSVs marquee matches in the second half of last season.

The Dutch club turned down an offer from Serie A side Torino last summer and it is expected they will settle for no less than £20 million for his services in the current market.
Having broken through the youth ranks at Ajax, Bergwijn signed for arch rivals PSV in 2011 and is contracted to the club until the summer of 2021.
West Ham and Bournemouth have also retained interest in the Netherlands youth international should a move to one of Englands top sides fail to materialise.
