Maurizio Sarri admits Ruben Loftus-Cheek needs to improve tactically at Chelsea

Maurizio Sarri admits Ruben Loftus-Cheek needs to improve tactically in order to become a first-team regular at Chelsea.
The 22-year-old was considering leaving Stamford Bridge on loan this summer but decided to remain at the club to fight for a place in Sarris midfield.
But Loftus-Cheek has been given only 22 minutes to impress in Chelseas opening three league games and faces a battle to start ahead of new summer signings Mateo Kovacic and Jorginho.
Sarri, however, insists he has been pleased with Loftus-Cheeks efforts in training and believes the midfielder will start more games when Chelseas fixture schedule becomes more congested.
I can say Im very happy with him, because in the last 10 days he has improved a lot, said Sarri.
Im really very happy with him. I think he will be important for sure. Starting in September, we will play every three days.

He will be very important and very useful for us.

I think so [he can push for a start]. Its not easy to play here because there are 25 very good players, so its not easy to play in the starting line-up, but I think he will improve more.

He has to improve, just in order to play my football.
He has great qualities from a physical point of view, and technical point of view.
I think he needs to improve from the tactical point of view, nothing else.
