Manchester United are resigned to losing Paul Pogba regardless of whether Jose Mourinho stays at the club or not and will consider offers for his services, reports claim.

The World Cup winner has publicly fallen out with his manager and was stripped of the vice-captaincy earlier this week before the pair clashed in training.

United chiefs originally thought that Pogba may be open to staying if Mourinho left the club, however they are now convinced he will push for a transfer to Barcelona either way.

His agent Mino Raiola is in constant contact with Nou Camp officials, as Pogba looks to move to Barcelona in January.

And with United board members accepting he will leave, they will now listen to offers for the Frenchman, according to the Independent.

While the 25-year-old is viewed as an incredibly marketable asset, he is not deemed indispensible and a good bid from Barcelona should convinced United to let him leave.

There remain question marks over Barcelonas own finances, with a huge wage bill mounting for Ernesto Valverdes star-studded side.

But Raiola and Pogba are determined to ge ta deal over the line and the midfielder looks set to move on in January.
