Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita has suffered a suspected hamstring injury during Guineas clash with Rwanda on Tuesday afternoon.

Keita started the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match in Kigali but was forced off in the first half.

To make matters worse, a stretcher was not available and Keita had to be carried off the field by a teammate.

Its now unlikely that the £52 million midfielder will be fit for Liverpools clash with Huddersfield Town on Saturday.
