Jose Mourinho will pick Anthony Martial to start once again for Manchester United in Tuesdays Champions League clash with Juventus at Old Trafford, according to reports.

The French winger has returned to form in recent weeks, scoring twice against Chelseas in Saturdays 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge as well as netting in the dramatic come-from-behind victory over Newcastle before the international break.

With Martial in such good form, and Alexis Sanchez unfit, RMC Sport report that Martial has already been told he will be lining up on the left wing against Juventus.

Mourinho and his staff are said to have been impressed with Martials application and performances in training in recent week, and hes looked focused again after the Chelsea game.

His form for United has also been a rare bright spark in an often difficult season, and with Sanchez only scoring once since April it has been an easy decision for Mourinho to make to start using Martial more.

The 22-year-old has scored three times in just 351 minutes of Premier League action this season, while he was also on the score sheet against Young Boys in the Champions League.

Mourinho will be annoyed that news of Martials start has leaked, however, with the Portuguese launching an international investigation to find out why his line-ups have been getting out in the open.

Meanwhile, United have also been boosted by the news that Martial – who is out of contract next summer – is ready to sign an extension at Old Trafford.

According to RMC Sport, the Frenchman is enjoying his football again, particularly after tensions with Mourinho thawed, and is happy to extend his stay in Manchester.
