Brock Lesnar is WWE Universal Champion once again and fans are not happy
History repeated itself at WWE Crown Jewel when Brock Lesnar once again became Universal Champion after defeating Braun Strowman at the Saudi Arabia event.
Lesnar and Strowman were battling for the vacant title after Roman Reigns relinquished the belt due to his battle with leukaemia, but fans were not happy with the final result.

A common criticism of Brock Lesnar matches has been the uniformed manner of them, and his Saudi scrap was no different.
Many expected Strowman and Lesnar to exchange power-moves inside the first few moments, but it was Lesnar who smashed Strowman with two F5 finishing moves.
Strowman kicked out, but was hit by several more before being pinned by Lesnar in a matter of minutes.

The shortened match was met with much frustration, with Lesnars five F5s being the only moves of the bout.
WWE fans took to Twitter to express their disappointment at the formulaic match and the overall result.
Welp. Going back to watching RAW highlights on YouTube.

Lesnar had previously held the title for over 500 days before being defeated by Roman Reigns earlier this year, and the multi-time champion was rumoured to be leaving WWE for UFC in the immediate future.
As yet, Lesnar is still contracted to WWE despite rumours linking him to a heavyweight showdown with UFC Champion Daniel Cormier.
