Jose Mourinho is one of the worlds leading coaches, insists Jurgen Klopp
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insists his opinion of Jose Mourinho has not changed and insists the Manchester United manager remains one of the worlds best.
The Reds host their arch rivals at Anfield today and the build-up to the match has been dominated by Mourinhos sly digs at Liverpool.
The United boss claimed Liverpool have been the lucky ones so far this season and that Klopp needs to win silverware at Anfield.
Nevertheless, Klopp says Mourinho – who has overseen Uniteds disastrous start to the season – remains one of the worlds best managers.
Since I came to England I have written a number of times about the qualities of Jose, said Klopp.
My opinion will not change. He is a fierce competitor and a winner with a track-record that rightly has him positioned as one of the worlds leading coaching talents.
