Maurizio Sarri prepares plan to fix Chelseas weak mentality
Maurizio Sarri believes Chelseas squad has a mentality problem, which is behind their recent struggles in the Premier League.
The Italian boss was concerned by his sides 1-0 defeat to Leicester on Saturday – a second loss in their last five league matches.
Sarri admitted that his team appear vulnerable when things go against them and believes he has to create a plan to solve their mental fragility.
And the former Napoli manager hinted that he may go down the sport psychologist route in order to instill some mental strength into his squad.
I had a sports psychologist 15 years ago in Italy, but it was difficult, because the clubs were not ready then, said Sarri.
But [now] we can talk about it – why not? The reason we lost was not our physical condition.

On Saturday, we were very good for 55 minutes and then two minutes after the goal we were in trouble. So I think there is another reason.
We reacted a little shocked and with mental confusion. We had to only keep playing like we did before the goal, there was time to recover.
