Conor McGregors manager gives update on Notorious 2019 UFC return
Conor McGregors manager Audie Attar has revealed the Irishman is planning to return to the Octagon in 2019 after his Nevada State Athletic Commission hearing.
McGregor lost his comeback fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov in October this year at UFC 229, and he hasnt revealed any firm plans for another bout in the near future.
Following on from that disappointing loss in Vegas, a brawl ensued at the arena which has lead to McGregors current situation with fans unsure of his long-term future in the sport.

However, his manager has confirmed he plans to return to the UFC in 2019 after a meeting with the Nevada Commission, which they hope is successful.

Were still going through the Nevada State Athletic Commission hearing [following the post-fight UFC 229 brawl], Attar told MMA Betz. That was postponed until January but we are confident in those results.
Everything is normal. Just keep it moving. Conor didnt enjoy the loss and hes looking to avenge that loss, but it is what it is. Thats kind of the attitude he has.

He has moved on with his life and hes launched his Proper 12 whiskey, so hes been busy with that, and he has a growing family. They are expecting another child soon.
And hes really just focusing on getting back in the gym consistently so when he does make that step back into the Octagon, that he is ready to go and hes at his best.
McGregor, who is now 30, has only had one MMA fight in two years.
