Jurgen Klopp reveals the world class aspect of Liverpools win over Arsenal

Jurgen Klopp hailed Liverpools response to conceding an early goal against Arsenal as world class.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles opened the scoring after just 11 minutes, but a quickfire Roberto Firmino double turned the game on its head just past the quarter hour mark.
Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah doubled Liverpools advantage before the break and Firmino completed the rout, converting from the spot to register his first hat-trick for the club.

Liverpools lead at the top of the table now stands at nine points after Tottenhams shock defeat against Wolves and Klopp is confident his side is in good shape ahead of Thursdays trip to champions Manchester City.

He said: Its clear it was a wide game. We were really good and did exactly what we wanted to do. We wanted to press them and cut off their build up. They pressed us as well so it was wild. But then when you get the ball you need to calm down.

The response [to Arsenals goal] was world class. We stayed clam and really forced the mistakes. Bobbys [Firmino] second when Sadio [Mane] won the ball. Wow. It was perfect defending.
We knew in the second half that the game wasnt finished so we wanted to control it. Mo Salah gave the penalty to Bobby and I almost cried because we all know how much Mo wants to score goals. It was really nice.
Overall 5-1 against Arsenal doesnt happen too often so Im really happy with the boys.
