Chelseas only hope of keeping Eden Hazard this summer is if Real Madrid decide against moving for the Belgian.

The 27-year-old has 18 months to run on his existing deal at Stamford Bridge and is stalling on signing fresh terms as hes unsure over a move to the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid are expected to invest heavily this summer and turned down the chance to sign Chelsea new boy Christian Pulisic because they want to add established players to their squad.

The La Liga giants have tracked Hazard for years and the Belgian has admitted hes torn between staying at Chelsea and joining his dream club in Madrid.

Hazard has postponed making a decision over his future until the summer and Chelsea had felt confident that their record-breaking offer to the winger would convince him to stay.

However, ESPN claim Hazards move to the Bernabeu is looking increasingly likely and the only way hell remain at Stamford Bridge is if Real made a sudden move for a different player.
