ICC Test rankings: Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja on the rise after India beat Australia
Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara and Ravindra Jadeja all climbed up the ICC Test rankings after Indias historic victory over Australia.
India secured their first ever Test series win in Australia last week, defeating Justin Langers struggling side 2-1 in a four-match series.
Pujara was named the Player of the Series after scoring three centuries and over 500 runs across the four matches.
India captain Kohli and all-rounder Jadeja also impressed Down Under and have subsequently enjoyed climbs in the ICC rankings.
Elsewhere in the world of Test cricket, South Africa have taken a 2-0 lead in the three-match series against Pakistan. The third Test starts in Johannesburg on Friday.
