Arsenal and Chelsea target Tottenham star Toby Alderweireld in summer transfer
Arsenal and Chelsea are considering moving for Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld this summer, reports say.
Alderweireld can leave Spurs this summer in a cut-price £25million deal, but the switch must be completed before the final two weeks of he transfer window.
If Alderweirelds suitors want to complete a last-minute deal for his services, the £25m figure would no longer apply.

Alderweireld is considered one of the best defenders in the Premier League, but is yet to commit his future to Spurs.
Tottenham agreed to the special release clause in his contract, which will allow Alderweireld to move to a new club virtually hassle-free this summer.
Manchester City too are monitoring Alderweirelds situation and could be tempted to bid for the centre-back.
Unai Emery is aiming to complete several bargain deals this summer as he remains in the dark about his transfer budget.
Arsenal may have just £40m to spend if Emery fails to deliver Champions League football this season.
