Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah will not face action from the FA after appearing to hit out at Bruno Martins Indi during his sides 0-0 draw with Stoke on Saturday.

The Egyptian aimed a swipe at the Dutch defender during the Reds draw with the Potters and Liverpool fans were fearing the winger being charged and missing the sides next three games.

Referee Andre Marriner took no action during the game but the FA could have charged Salah using retrospective action and under the charge of violent conduct.

However, Salah has been cleared of any offence and can play in Liverpools final two games of the season, according to Sky Sports News.

The wingers bagged 43 goals in 47 games for Jurgen Klopps men and the Reds have a 5-2 advantage going into their second leg Champions League semi-final clash with Roma on Wednesday.
