Manchester United transfer target Fred to make decision on future after the World Cup
Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred has revealed he will not make a decision about his future until after the World Cup.
Manchester United and Manchester City are reportedly chasing the Brazilians signature and the Red Devils were thought to have had a bid accepted by his Freds club.
Metro.co.uk revealed United considers themselves the frontrunners for Freds signature and a £52.5million move to Old Trafford is believed to be edging closer.

But, Fred has now shot dead any hope United might have had of a quick resolution by insisting he would not sign for a new club until after the World Cup is over.

Maybe after the World Cup I will make the choice, he said. Now I am only thinking about the World Cup.
Brazil head to Russia this summer as one of the favourites to win the tournament, and Fred wants to be fully focused on helping his country reach the final.
City were close to agreeing a deal for Fred in January before United entered the running and sparked a bidding war.
Shaktar have already planned for Freds departure by signing Maycon from Corinthians.
Jose Mourinho wants to bring in two midfielders this summer and has identified Fred as the perfect signing.
