Eden Hazard names the two players who deserve to win Ballon dOr more than him
Eden Hazard says he does not deserve to win the Ballon dOr this year.
Last month, the Belgian was named on the shortlist for the award for a third time. Hazard came eighth in 2015 and 19th last year.
After enjoying a fine World Cup campaign, Hazard has enjoyed a superb start to the 2018-19 season, scoring eight goals and providing four assists.

Despite this, the 27-year-old says he does not deserve to take home the Ballon dOr award, with Kylian Mbappe or Luka Modric more suitable picks.
Even though I had a very good year, I have to keep my feet on the ground, Hazard told RTFB.

I do not deserve the Ballon dOr. I think there are players who have been better than me.
Winning the Ballon dOr is not a goal for me. If I win it one day, great. If I do not, it wont be a problem.
I would have said Luka Modric but he has played a little less well since August and September.
So, if we take into account the beginning of the season, I would say Kylian Mbappe.
Olivier Giroud, meanwhile, has revealed why he said f**k the first time he saw Hazard in Chelsea training following his move from Arsenal.

The France international said: When I discover Eden Hazard in training for my first session at Chelsea. I told myself: “F**k, its hard to get the ball off him”.
Sometimes, theres two or three players around him and he still manages to get out in tight spaces.
Hes a magician, hes impressive. Now, Ive started to know him and I dont find myself near him. Its better for him and for me.
