Unai Emery reveals Laurent Koscielny gave inspirational speech before Arsenals win over Tottenham
Unai Emery revealed that Arsenal club captain Laurent Koscielny gave an inspirational speech before the sides 4-2 victory over Tottenham.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang gave Arsenal the perfect start with a 10th-minute penalty before goals from Eric Dier and Harry Kane gave Spurs the lead at the Emirates at half-time.
Alexandre Lacazette and Aaron Ramsey were introduced at the break and Emerys substitutions worked wonders as Aubameyang scored his second to equalise for the Gunners in the 56th minute.
Arsenal took the lead once again as Lacazette found the net with a composed strike from outside the box before Lucas Torreira put Emerys men out of sight.

Speaking after the win, Emery said: For us winning is very important, together we can play like today. Our position on the pitch was good, every time we compete with and without the ball.
And they kept calm even when Spurs were winning. I am very happy for the supporters and for every player. We want to keep improving defensively and not conceding opportunities for the opposition to score.
Koscielny is still working his way back to match fitness following a serious Achilles injury, but Emery revealed how the Frenchman inspired his team-mates before kick-off.
Every player is like me, when it is a derby we need the other players to give us his experience and character, the Spaniard said following the win.
For example, our meeting today finished with a speech from Laurent Koscielny, for one minute, which gave us the will to win.
A result like today and how we are playing is good for our confidence. Now we plan for three points at Manchester United on Wednesday.
