Mauricio Pochettino considering ditching Tottenham for Real Madrid
Mauricio Pochettino is considering leaving Tottenham Hotspur and taking over from Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid this summer, according to reports.
The Argentine looks set to guide Spurs to a third consecutive top-four finish, and thus Champions League qualification, but he is still yet to claim any silverware during his time in north London.
He oversaw yet more heartbreak at the weekend, losing to Manchester United in the FA Cup semi final, and got fans rather worried when he alluded to a time when he might not be at Spurs.
And now Yahoo Sport claim that Pochettino is seriously considering leaving Tottenham should Real Madrid make a move this summer.
Real president Florentino Perez has been impressed with Pochettino, who earned a draw at the Bernabeu before beating Los Blancos at Wembley in the group stages of this seasons Champions League.

Real, and Zidanes, only chance of silverware this season comes in Europe, but the Frenchman could end his reign regardless of the whether he wins the tournament or not.
Perez is unhappy with Reals performance in La Liga, where they are 15 points adrift of leaders Barcelona.
The Real president has already made his interest in hiring Pochettino clear, and the Argentine is his No.1 choice to succeed Zidane.
Speaking after losing to United, Pochettino said: I think Tottenham need to keep going in this direction, and to create that winning mentality is not about a few years. Tottenham need more time, with me or with another.
